Characteristic
Emulgol ES-12 metalworking oil is produced on the basis of highly refined mineral oil, ionic and non-ionic emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and other refining substances. Emulgol ES-12 oil does not contain: nitrites, chlorine, heavy metals and phenols.
Application
Emulgol ES-12 oil in the form of an aqueous cooling and lubricating emulsion is used in machining steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Recommended working concentrations of the emulsion based on Emulgol ES-12 (made on water with a general hardness of up to 15°N) depending on the type of processing and the material being processed: • grinding – 3÷5%, • turning, milling, drilling, reaming – 5÷10%, • threading – 10÷15%, Standards, approvals, specifications
