Enervit Sport Carbo Tablets are carbohydrate tablets for sucking as an alternative to carbohydrate gels during physical exertion. Delicate citrus flavor, texture similar to powdered candy. Suitable for people who start physical activity and nutritional training, not requiring significant amounts of energy. The aim of nutritional training is to increase the tolerance of the digestive system to food during physical activity (for future, long distances and participation in competitions) as well as to increase the body's ability to absorb the energy consumed during physical exercise. Gradual increase in the supply of carbohydrates during physical activity increases the possibility of absorbing carbohydrates from several per hour up to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour of physical activity. Enervit Sport Carbo Tablets are also an alternative for people who suffer from gastrointestinal ailments during long starts, but require the supply of any energy. The combination of several types of carbohydrates – fructose, dextrose, sucrose and maltodextrins allows you to more effectively maintain energy at different levels. Digestion of sucked Enervit Sport Carbo Tablets begins already in the mouth, thanks to which the digestive system is relieved during physical activity.

Use: Slow dissolving tablets in the mouth. Each tablet provides ~15 kcal. Take 6 to a maximum of 13 tablets depending on the intensity and duration of activity (13 tablets for intense and prolonged strength and endurance exercise). 9 tablets are a daily source of pantothenic acid (0,9 mg), which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supporting energy metabolism.
