VITARGO Carboloader is a sports drink for players who set themselves high requirements. During exercise, the body needs 1-1,5g of carbohydrates/kilogram of body for an hour to maintain proper blood sugar levels (lowering blood sugar levels causes loss of pace and ability to concentrate). With VITARGO Carboloader it is possible to maintain a normal diet while maximally supplementing carbohydrates! . We recommend using the VITARGO Carboloader before and during high intensity training/competitions. During the exercise, a player weighing 70-75 kg should drink 40-75g of Vitargo® dissolved in 0,8l of water. Before exercise, it is recommended to consume 40-75 g of dissolved in 0,6l of water.

Vitargo® CARBOLOADER is intended for use before or during intense exercise or competition - up to 3350 kJ/800 kcal per hour, depending on the intensity and duration of training or competition. Carboloader can also be consumed after training or competition, combining with proteins. You can also use Vitargo POST, containing Vitargo carbohydrates in combination with whey protein. Consumption of Carboloader 2 - 3 days before the competition increases the supply of glycogen in the muscles.

Fill the water bottle with water (approx. 200 ml), pour 2,5 tablespoons of Vitargo and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then fill with water approx. 300 – 400ml and shake again.

Starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), aroma, matriculation lemon flavour, sweeteners (contains a source of phenylalanine) (E951, E950), colourant (carotenes). The product contains phenylalanine and cannot be consumed by patients with phenylketonuria.

Store in a dry, cool place, out of reach of small children. Protect from direct sunlight.

Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. The product is not intended for children, pregnant or lactating women. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry place, at temperatures up to 25 degrees Celsius, out of direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
