NAMEDSPORT Race Fuel is an energy mixture based on triple source of carbohydrates - Cluster Dextrin™, maltodextrin D.E. 19 and fructose in a ratio of 1:0,8. This mixture provides an optimal source of energy during exercise, minimizes the possibility of gastrointestinal disorders and optimizes the absorption and oxidation of carbohydrates by the body.

The 1:0,8 ratio is most optimal in endurance sports because it takes full advantage of carbohydrate oxidation, providing the energy needed to maintain and reduce fatigue.
