Carborade® is an energy supplement for athletes of all sports created from a complex of carbohydrates with the addition of minerals important for physical exertion. Carbohydrates are the primary source of energy for the human body, and the athlete especially. They differ in the length of chains and different glycemic index. They are divided into simple carbohydrates (glucose, fructose, dextrose), which provide energy immediately and significantly affect the release of insulin – a very strong anabolic hormone. Complex carbohydrates (maltodextrin) are released gradually and successively, which is why they are a very stable source of energy for the athlete's body.
Carborade® are carbohydrates recommended for athletes burdened with high physical effort: in endurance-strength sports (boxing, martial arts), strength sports ( bodybuilding, powerlifting) and endurance sports (cycling, running, swimming, team games).
Carborade® is enriched with the right amount of minerals (sodium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium), which provided during physical exercise effectively replenish lost electrolytes and are responsible for the proper functioning of muscle contraction.
