TREC BCAA POWDER is a dietary supplement designed for physically active people who want to supplement their diet with three branched chain amino acids BCAA: L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. These amino acids are part of a group of essential amino acids, i.e. those that the body is unable to produce on its own and must be supplied from the outside.

In people who regularly exercise, the demand for branched chain amino acids is increased because they are intensively used during physical exertion. Therefore, BCAA are one of the most commonly used components of peri-workout supplementation.

The formula of the product has been supplemented with vitamin B6, which supports proper energy metabolism and helps reduce fatigue and fatigue – which is especially important for an active lifestyle.

BCAA POWDER DOSAGE

A single serving of the product ‒ 5 g (1 scoop) drink 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings per day. It is not recommended to dissolve the product.

On training days: I portion 30 minutes before training, II portion immediately after training.

On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
