Purpose: The product is intended for adults to supplement their diet with amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine).

Recommended daily dose: 1-2 servings a day – before a meal or workout and after training or before bedtime. Dissolve 1 serving (5 g powder = 1 scoop) in 250 ml of water*.
