BCAA 1000 XXL Tabs contains branched chain amino acids. BCAA amino acids are approx. 35% amino acids exogenous building muscle protein and nearly 50% of amino acids that must be supplied with food. 1000 mg in 1 tablets!

BCAA amino acids include leucine, isoleucine and valine. They occur naturally in food products, but their amount is usually not enough.

Leucine – this is an amino acid that our body is not able to produce on its own. It facilitates protein synthesis in the body, also affects the action of insulin. This amino acid also helps in better use of the anabolic window, this is possible thanks to the enhanced action of insulin, which regulates the amount of glucose in the blood.

Isoleucine – With insufficient fatty acids, it becomes energy for the muscles. It allows you to protect your muscles, even with very intense training.

Valine – Takes an active part in protein synthesis. It is also an amino acid that has a repairing effect on muscles. If Isoleucine is unable to protect all proteins from destruction, Valine helps repair what has destroyed the workout. At the same time, this amino acid counteracts catabolism.
