7Nutrition EAA Perfect is a dietary supplement powder for physically active people, based on the full profile of essential amino acids EAA. The formula contains amino acids that the body does not produce on its own, so they must be supplied with a diet or supplementation. The composition includes m.in. BCAA — L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine — as well as L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-tryptophan and L-histidine. The product has been additionally enriched with L-citrulline malate, betaine, L-arginine, niacin and vitamin B6.

EAA Perfect will work for people who train strength, figure, functionally and endurance. It can be used before training, during exercise or after training, especially when you want to supplement your diet with amino acids necessary for muscles. It is also a good choice during the reduction period, with increased physical activity or when the diet contains too little wholesome protein.

The product has a lemon flavor, dissolves well in water and allows you to prepare a light amino acid drink. One serving is 12 g, and the manufacturer recommends using 2 servings a day. A 300 g package is enough for about 25 servings or 12,5 days of use with 2 servings per day.
