Recommended daily dose: Dissolve 1 scoop of powder (6,6 g) in 300-400 ml of water or juice and drink 20 minutes before or 1-2 hours after a meal containing protein or fat. As a support for physical exertion, you can consume an additional portion (1 scoop) 30 minutes before the planned workout. For better taste, it is recommended to refrigerate and shake in a shaker before consumption. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
