Dosage and Method of Use

Preparation: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 250 ml of cold water. Recommended use: 2 servings per day.

• Training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before exercise and/or 1 serving after training.
• Non-training days: 1 serving immediately after waking up, between main meals and/or before bedtime.
