How to use BPI Sports Best BCAA Shredded?
Dissolve 1 serving in 180-250ml of cool water and use before, after or during training. On days without training, use 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
Other ingredients: (flavour of fruit punch) maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (calcium hydrogen phosphate, fatty acids), emulsifier (carboxymethylcellulose), crospovidone, natural waxes, acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide), aromas, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), citric acid, malic acid, sweeteners (sulate sucralose, acesulfame K4)1.
