Product Description:

A complex of AAKG and citrulline malate. Contains L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and L-citrulline malate.

The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 8 capsules.

What is arginine? Arginine is an essential amino acid for athletes. Supplementation with arginine is extremely necessary, because compensating for its losses after intense training is almost impossible for the body. It is worth knowing that arginine has a stimulating effect on GH (growth hormone), which is involved in building muscle mass and burning body fat. Arginine is also worth liking for the fact that it increases the production of nitric oxide.

The best absorbed form of arginine is arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, or AAKG. L-arginine, in turn, is a pre-workout that is a pure form of this amino acid. Remember, however, that feeling the action of various supplements is an individual matter. It depends on personal predispositions and conditions in the body. The effect of arginine in athletes may be felt differently than in people who are not professionals.

How to use:

• A single serving of the product ‒ 4 capsules drink 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings per day.
• On training days: I portion 30 minutes before training, II portion immediately after training.
• On non-workout days: I portion 30 minutes before the first meal, II portion before bedtime.
• Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Content per serving (4 caps. ):

• Alpha-Ketoglutarate L-Arginine (AAKG): 1680,00 mg
• -> including L-Arginine: 1090,00 mg
• Citrulline Malate: 1120,00 mg
• -> including L-Citrulline: 630,00 mg

Ingredients: 50 % L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate; 33 % citrulline malate; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.
