AMI-NO XPRESS is a formula for use during training with 19 carefully selected active ingredients contained in four different matrixes enabling high performance of the body during long, exhausting training sessions! Betaine is a donor of methyl groups to the body. Many important biochemical processes depend on methylation (e.g. methylation of Homocysteine to the form of L-methionine, which is part of the structure of well-known Creatine and is the initial amino acid in the process of protein synthesis).
