OstroVit BCAA 8-1-1 - a valuable source of branched chain amino acids

BCAA (English) Branched-chain amino acids) are branched chain amino acids which, as the name suggests, are characterized by a branched side chain. BCAAs include amino acids such as L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. These are exogenous compounds that must be supplied to the body from the outside, because the body is not able to synthesize them on its own. BCAAs are ok. ⅓ proteins that build muscle tissue, and the place of their breakdown, unlike other amino acids, are mainly skeletal muscles, which makes branched chain amino acids appreciated and willingly used by athletes and physically active people.

ATTENTION ! Due to the high content of L-leucine and L-isoleucine, the product is characterized by weaker solubility and bitter aftertaste. This is a natural feature of the raw materials used. A good solution is to mix the product in water or juice, gently stirring the solution, or intake of powder directly with water or juice.

Method of use

Mix a portion of 5 g (1 scoop) in 100-150 ml of water or juice.

On training days, consume one serving a day before or after training. On non-workout days, consume one serving after waking up.
