Preparation O.M.A. is the first product based on inhibitors of amino acid decarboxylation (etracene), intended for humans. This process, also called metabolic saving, was presented in scientific publications in 2003 (R. Vespalec et al.), in 2005 (H. Liedreman), in the years 2007-09 the results of the work of a group of scientists with Dr. H. Różański indicating the effectiveness of the method in fattening animals were published, indicating the effectiveness of the method (increase by 7% of the final mass). The effectiveness of the metabolic saving method (etracene) in sport is currently being determined.

None of the supplements available in the world use the described method. OMA . is the first commercial preparation containing etracene.

Etracen stimulates muscle mass gain by inhibiting amino acid decarboxylation and stimulating protein digestion and metabolic saving of amino acids and directing them to protein synthesis. It works similarly to analogous compounds developed and used for several years in breeding to stimulate the growth of animal attention.

Etracene inhibits transaminases (transaminases): alanine aminotransferase and asparate aminotransferase. It reduces the concentration of microsomal enzymes, including cytochrome P450 and benzfetamine Ndemethylase. Transaminases cause the transfer of amino groups between different amino acids (amino acid cores), so that the rate and type of metabolism pathways (catabolism or synthesis) of individual amino acids undergo radical changes. The consequence of this is an increase in the level of alkaline phosphatase and free amino acids in the blood. This is a positive effect on metabolism, the mechanism of stimulating effect of isoquinoline alkaloids on weight gain depends on it.

Etracen reduces the concentration of toxic amines in the intestines and blood, helping the liver to work. Cyclic amino acids, e.g. tryptophan, tyrosine, histidine, phenylalanine, proline are then not excessively broken down into amines, but incorporated into the structure of enzymatic building proteins, which leads to a significant improvement in protein balance. It will support the inhibition of the growth of putrefactive and fermentative bacteria, reduce the concentration of harmful amines in the intestines and blood (cadaverine, putrescine, skatol, indole). Amine burdening the kidneys and liver adversely affect the growth and development of the body. The resulting, especially with high-protein nutrition, amines additionally burden the liver and nervous system. Amines that are products of amino acids are responsible for faster fatigue of working muscles and their presence is additionally characterized by an unpleasant smell of feces. During the period of using etracene, the amino acids taken are absorbed and used for the synthesis of enzymatic and structural proteins. The active ingredients of etracene reduce the unpleasant smell of feces derived from the processes of decarboxylation of amino acids, fermentation and putrefaction. Such unfavorable processes in the digestive tract can be noticed especially when consuming amino acid and protein supplements.

WAY OF USE:

1 capsule of the preparation 2x a day, regardless of the training schedule, consume 0,5 hours before a light meal. Do not exceed the amount of 2 capsules per day.

Store in a dry room at temperatures up to 25 ° C, in a closed container.

Keep out of reach of young children.

The supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
