We manufacture MIG/MAG welding equipment by econoMIG and electronic components for various types of welding and rectifier equipment. We try to rely on parts manufactured in our country, but this is not always possible.

PULSE 50 EVO 12/24V is a multifunctional electronic rectifier for charging WET wet-acid, GEL gel, Lithium, AGM batteries with fiberglass mat (MF maintenance-free, spiral, for Start-Stop systems), for automatic charging and maintenance with PULSE-TRONIC technology. It is equipped with an advanced function for desulphurisation of batteries. It is very benchy to use thanks to the automatic recognition of the type of battery being charged and the friendly control panel.

The 8-step charging process ensures optimal battery charging conditions:

• TEST (control of battery charge status, checking the correctness of the set voltage),
• Desulfurization (detection and regeneration of sulphurized batteries)
• ANALYSIS (battery condition analysis detects defective battery)
• MAIN CHARGING (maximum current to reach 80% charge state)
• FINAL CHARGING (declining current to charge in 100%)
• CHECK (checking the operation, verifying whether the battery maintains the state of charge)
• Maintenance (constant voltage charging)
• PULSE (pulse regeneration).

Functions of the device:

CHARGING

• CHARGE AUTO – automatic charging: automatic selection of current during charging and maintenance depending on battery capacity
• CHARGE AUTO COLD – cold battery charging function: optimizes charging at very low temperatures (low temperatures can adversely affect the chemical structure of battery components)
• MAINTAIN – Maintenance charging: pulse charging via PULSE TRONIC technology
• MONITOR – charging status control: continuous control of charging phases
• BOOST – fast charging and automatic transition to the maintenance phase when charging is complete

REGENERATION

• DESULFATION – desulfurization: the impulse regeneration process of sulphurized batteries allows the removal of sulphates from lead plates and results in the recovery of battery capacity

POWER SUPPLY

• SUPPLY - function dedicated to maintaining the voltage in the car when replacing the battery.

TEST

• VOLT – battery voltage and charge status test
• START – battery start current test (CCA)
• ALTERNATOR – test of the correct operation of the alternator

PROTECTION – full safety and protection against reverse polarity, short circuit of terminals, overload and charging of a faulty battery

SAVINGS – minimum power consumption, automatic shutdown after a period of inactivity

Thanks to the magnets tightened on the back, the device can be attached to a dedicated wall mount or any ferromagnetic surface. (Magnets and handle are not part of the standard set and are available for purchase separately)
