The Wilson SUB-9 is a compact and good-sounding subwoofer in the elegant Wilson style. With an 8-inch (210 mm) long-pitched woofer, robust housing and built-in 150W Class A/B amplifier, it provides good low-frequency support both in cooperation with home theater surround sound systems and stereo speaker systems.
The robust 8' driver is built exclusively with the highest quality materials and specially designed and precisely engineered to fit together perfectly housing and amplifier for superior performance at all volume levels.
The MDF housing design provides excellent low-frequency sound quality without distortion - there are no unwanted resonances or vibrations from the housing, and the excellent Bass reflex tunnel system ensures maximum bass effect.
The Wilson SUB-9 can be connected to all stereo amplifiers and AV receivers and can be easily adapted to the needs of your surround sound or stereo system.
Wilson SUB-9 has a built-in low-pass filter – so it is recommended to set the cut-off of low frequencies in the receiver to the maximum value and adjust this parameter from the subwoofer (crossover knob) to achieve the optimal effect.
