The composition of active minerals additionally contributes to the maintenance of healthy nails (zinc, selenium), hair (zinc, copper, selenium), proper functioning of the immune system (zinc, iron, copper, selenium), fights skin diseases (zinc, iodine), improves the functioning of the nervous system and protects against oxidative stress (zinc, copper, selenium).

Recommended daily dose:
Adults: 5 ml 3 times a day. According to the attached measuring cup. Natural sediment is possible. Shake well before use. It is recommended to dilute in 200 ml of water.
Contraindications:
Taking the supplement is not recommended for children up to 12 years old, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
