Increasingly smaller ultrabooks and laptops often have a reduced number of ports. That's why Unitek has created a series of USB-C hubs with the most needed features. Hub D1049A allows you to connect a pendrive or mouse via a typical USB-A port, which is often missing in modern computers. The hub does not block charging capabilities thanks to the Power Delivery 100W technology implemented in the USB-C port. Using the appropriate charger and cable, charging the MacBook Pro 16" takes an hour less than with the factory power supply.

Work and Entertainment on Multiple Screens

MST (Muti-Stream Transport) technology allows you to connect two displays to one video output and extend the desktop to three screens (for Windows). This is a great convenience when working in graphic programs, presentations at conferences or watching videos from a smartphone. The maximum resolution for HDMI is 4K with 60Hz sampling, and for VGA FullHD (1080p) port. When using two screens, the resolution for both is limited to the maximum resolution of the smaller one. To use this feature, the USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode.
