Smoothie with Acerola and Forest Fruits:

Ingredients:

• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup forest fruit (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, berries)
• 1 teaspoon acerola powder
• 1/2 cup natural or vegetable yogurt
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 tablespoon honey or other sweetener (optional, to taste)
• A few ice cubes

Instructions:

Peel and cut the banana into pieces.

Put the chopped banana, forest fruit, yogurt, orange juice, acerola powder and any honey in the blender.

Blend all ingredients until smooth. If you need, you can add some water or orange juice if the smoothie is too thick.

Add ice cubes and blend again for a refreshing drink with just the right consistency.

Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl.

If you want, you can decorate the smoothie with additional forest fruits on top.

Serve right away and enjoy a delicious, healthy drink.
