The Scientific and Research Institute of the Clock Industry in Moscow (NiCzasProm - Научно-исследовательский Институт Часовой Промышленности СССР), was a leading plant in the industry, which meant that it was he who prepared the designs of all new mechanisms intended for production in each of the plants, and gave opinions on any proposed changes. An example of a modern mechanism of Russian own construction was the one – known as “Kirowska”, which by license purchased a plant in Błonie.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNegotiation, purchase and implementation of licenses\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs the participants of the negotiations passed, only thanks to their cunning they managed to acquire a license of this modern and according to the Soviet side of the development mechanism marked as caliber 2408.
