Requirements for the preparation of the substrate for the installation of lifts:

The lift shall be mounted on an even, leveled surface capable of carrying the working load, i.e. lift with load. Minimum requirements for flooring:

a) Concrete used: R'bk 250 (B-25) or higher

b) Minimum floor thickness without any divisions, constituent pieces (uniform) : 15 cm (25 cm recommended)

c) Upper and lower reinforcement with steel welded mesh Φ4 x 150 mm or similar, with an eye of not more than 250 mm. Distance between the outer plane of the concrete and the mesh (top and bottom) not more than 25 mm2

d) Surface load capacity not less than 1,3 kg/cm

The above requirements must be met for the area of min. lift size without cracks and expansion joints.

If the lift is used on its own support frame, no reinforcement is required, other requirements as above.

ATTENTION! In order to properly perform the installation of the lift, it is required to make the floor in accordance with the instructions provided. In the event that the substrate is prepared improperly, we reserve the right to charge the lift user with the costs of re-access and installation.
