RECIPE FOR SWEET CAKES IN THE FORM OF PEANUTS:
INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:
- 400 g cake flour
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g butter, cold
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- a pinch of salt
Sift the flour together with powdered sugar and powder. Add pieces of cold butter and salt, chop with a knife or incisor into a shortbread dough. Then add the egg yolks and cold water and quickly knead into a uniform dough. Wrap the finished ones in foil and put them in the fridge for an hour. From the dough, form balls the size of a walnut and bake in a toaster oven.
