How to measure pressure with Omron M4 Connect Afib blood pressure monitor?

• Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported. Wait a few minutes in peace.
• Place the cuff on your shoulder, it cannot be too loose or too tight.
• Press the "START" button for a few seconds, "AF" will appear on the screen
• The device will start a series of three measurements, between which there will be 30-second breaks.
• At the end of the series, the average result will be displayed.
• The results are automatically submitted to the app, allowing you to track your blood pressure over time and share data with your doctor.

When measuring pressure, remember to:

• Always measure the pressure on the same arm, usually the left.
• Place the elbow on the table so that the cuff is at the height of the heart.
• The hand should be open and the air duct must not be bent or crushed.
