100% Pure Whey is a high quality protein powder with a very beneficial biological value, whose protein content is 100% whey protein. Specifically, a combination of whey protein concentrate and isolate and the addition of amino acids (L-glutamine, L-arginine and BCAA).

The product has been enriched with the enzyme bromelain - increasing the effectiveness of protein breakdown. The product has gained new features, and yet it has remained free of gluten and palm oil.

Recommended use

Mix 1 serving (28 g = approx. 2 heaping tablespoons) of the product with 250 ml of water, preferably using a shaker.

On training days consume:

• 1 serving 45 minutes after training
• 1 serving between meals

On days without training, consume:

• 1 serving in the morning
• 1 serving in the afternoon
