B vitamins are responsible for the proper development and functioning of the nervous system and blood synthesis, as well as cell division, but the action of individual vitamins differs slightly from each other.
B1 (thiamine): plays an important role in metabolism, helping to convert nutrients into energy, supports the nervous system and heart function.
B2 (riboflavin): helps convert food into energy and also supports the proper functioning of the nervous system. Its action is also extremely valuable due to protection against harmful oxidative stress and free radicals.
B3 (niacin): plays a role in cell signaling, metabolism, and the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes and normal skin.
Choline: is responsible for normal lipid metabolism and liver function.
B5 (pantothenic acid): helps the body to obtain energy from food, and is also involved in the production of hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
