We used m.in. innovative IV generation folate (Quatrefolic®), methylcobalamin (B12) and P-5-P (B6). Recommended use: To obtain the beneficial effect of the product, measure 1 flat scoop of powder (5 ml = 3,2 g of powder) and pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water, stirring at the same time.

Eat in the morning, breakfast and evening, dinner.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption (2 scoops = 6,4 g) during the day.

Inside the package there is a plastic measuring cup with a capacity of 5 ml.
