Liposomal B Complex Folate is encapsulated in liposomes. Liposomes are tiny lipid molecules (spheres) that form naturally when water comes into contact with lecithin, a component of non-GMO soy. Liposomes are easily absorbed by the body. When water-soluble vitamins are mixed with lecithin, the process of liposomal encapsulation occurs. This results in better absorption of the vitamins into the bloodstream and directly into cell walls.
