The regular B-complex preparation covers the norm, the Forte version goes much higher. GymBeam Vitamin B-Complex Forte provides thiamine and riboflavin at 1000 percent of the reference intake, vitamin B12 at a dose of 25 micrograms, also 1000 percent, and biotin 450 micrograms, i.e. 900 percent of the norm, in one tablet . A pack of 90 tablets provides 90 daily doses.
In addition to the eight classic B vitamins, the composition includes one more ingredient: para-aminobenzoic acid, marked on the label as vitamin B10, in a dose of 50 mg. The tablets are vegan, sugar-free, flavor-free and color-free.

What does Forte mean and what does PABA do in the composition?
The prefix Forte has no legal definition, but in practice it denotes a preparation with a content significantly higher than the standard one. Here the difference is visible: the regular B-complex from this manufacturer provides 1.1 mg of thiamine, the Forte version 11 mg, i.e. ten times more. B vitamins dissolve in water and do not accumulate in the body, and their excess is excreted in the urine, which at such doses can be visible in the form of an intensely yellow urine color, which is caused by riboflavin.
Para-aminobenzoic acid, described on the label as vitamin B10, requires a separate comment. It is worth knowing that it is not a vitamin in the formal sense: there is no established reference intake value, and the human body does not use it in the same way as bacteria do, for which it is a substrate in the synthesis of folic acid. The manufacturer does not attribute any effect to it and the label does not provide a percentage of the standard, because such a standard simply does not exist.

Vitamin B1 11mg (1000 percent NRV), B2 14mg (1000 percent), niacin 50mg (313 percent), pantothenic acid 18mg (300 percent), B6 5.6mg (400 percent), biotin 450 micrograms (900 percent), folic acid 400 micrograms (200 percent), para-aminobenzoic acid 50mg, vitamin B12 25 micrograms (1000 percent). Recommended use: one tablet daily.
Who is Vitamin B-Complex Forte for?
