Dietary supplement containing a complex of B vitamins. The product has been enriched with glucosamine salt of Quatrefolic®, TMG and Choline in the form of Vitacholine®.

Vitamin B12 contained in the product is a fermented version, i.e. it was created from the synthesis of fermented cyanocobalamin into a methyl form.

Recommended daily intake necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 1 capsule once a day during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

⚠ Taking niacin in doses above 20 mg per day can cause redness of the skin in sensitive people.

⚠ Long-term intake of vitamin B6 at a dose above 10 mg may cause a mild sensation of tingling and numbness.
