Ingredients: MCT oil from coconut (medium-chain triglycerides of fatty acids), d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E from sunflower), menaquinone (MenaQ7® – Vitamin K2 as MK7, vitamin K from chickpeas), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D from lanolin), antioxidant: a mixture of tocopherols.

How to use: Shake well before use. Measure the recommended portion and add to water, juice or other cool liquid.

Recommended portion to be consumed: Children aged 1-9 years: 1 application.

Adolescents aged 10-18 years: 2 applications.

Adults under 75 years of age: 4 applications.

Do not use in people who are allergic to any component of the supplement. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the result with your doctor or pharmacist. The product should not be used by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Remember that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended.
