The product comes in the form of soft capsules in 100% vegetable, which makes it a suitable source of vitamin D for vegans, in the form of cholecalciferol, which is best absorbed by the body.
The capsule is filled with natural olive oil, which is a rich source of vegetable fats, which improves the absorption of vitamin D.
