The product contains linseed oil, rich in omega-3 fatty acids. One of the three main omega-3 fatty acids is alpha-linolenic acid. The range of alpha-linolenic acid content in one capsule of D3 VIT HERBAPOL LAB is 40 mg – 75 mg.
Vitamin D3, as the only vitamin is produced in our body by skin synthesis under the influence of UVB ultraviolet radiation, which is part of the sun's rays. Unfortunately, the number of sunny days in Poland is insufficient (especially in winter), which results in too low exposure to the sun and, as a result, limits the synthesis of vitamin D3 in the body. Therefore, it is important to provide adequate doses of vitamin D3 along with your diet. Vitamin D has a multidirectional effect in the body.
Use:
