MultiVitarin for men is a dietary supplement in the form of film-coated tablets. It contains ingredients that: help in the proper functioning of the immune system (zinc, vit. C, iron, vit. B12, copper, selenium, vit. B6, vit. A, folate, vit. D); contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (folates, niacin, pantothenic acid, vit. C, riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, iron); help maintain normal fertility and normal reproductive function (zinc); help maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood (zinc); help in the proper functioning of muscles (vitamin. D).

Nutritional needs of men

Optimal levels of vitamin B1 and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. This is important because men have an average higher muscle mass and a greater need for energy than women. Properly selected magnesium levels help in the proper functioning of muscles.

Energy release

B vitamins (vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12), niacin, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus contribute to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism.
