Innovative double whisks push additional air into the mixtures, which ensures the perfect consistency of creams and without. The FlexiVISP whisk with silicone edges facilitates collection of ingredients from the walls of the bowl, reducing loss and reducing cleaning time.

The bowl with a capacity of up to 7 liters allows you to prepare up to 5 kg of dough, which makes the mixer perfect for both home enthusiasts and semi-professional use. 20-degree speed control allows you to adjust the operation rate to each recipe – from delicate mixing to intensive kneading. Regardless of the number of ingredients you have full control over each stage of preparation.

In addition, the timer function allows you to precisely control the operating time of the device – ideal solution, when the recipe requires exact kneading for a certain time. You can set the mixing time and take care of other preparations – Probaker will do the rest.
