The durable motor ensures that the device can also handle the toughest kitchen challenges, such as kneading cakes for bread or pizza.

Containable bowl

The robot is equipped with a large bowl with a capacity of 6.7L, made of stainless steel with an aluminum base, which ensures perfect heat distribution inside it. It has comfortable and heat-resistant rubberized handles to protect against burns. The maximum capacity for cooking and mixing is up to 3L, which allows you to prepare approx. 12 plates of soup or cake for 3 loaves of bread or 31 buns and beat up to 16 proteins at the same time. It is also equipped with a practical graduation, which makes it easy to measure the selected amount of ingredients.

The colorful, 4.3-inch CookAssist touchscreen display allows you to easily control the operation of the device, monitor the cooking process, provides easy access to automatic programs and gives you the ability to personalize. It also helps to control the temperature inside the bowl, which is essential when preparing hot emulsions such as Dutch and Bernese sauce, English cream or sabayon, eliminating the risk of weighing by overheating the yolks in these sauces and mousses.
