Processing:

The robust Ankarsrum Assistent Original housing is made of cast aluminum. It features a unique design that no other food processor has, using a rotating bowl to process ingredients.

The individual fasteners that are attached to the arm are firmly fixed, and the movement of the components is ensured by the rotating bowl. This drive solution enables the processing of a large number of components and guarantees a long service life of the device.

A powerful 1500 W motor is located at the bottom of the device. With its unique transmission, the device is both powerful and quiet. The movable steel arm stabilizes the kneader and dough hook when processing both lighter mixtures and rigid cakes.

Ankarsrum 6230 RD is an original red AKM6230 Kitchen Machine Assistant, handmade in Sweden. It has a powerful but quiet 1500W motor that easily processes liquids and doughs. The standard AKM6230 package includes accessories for easy cooking and baking. With a wide range of accessories, you can prepare a variety of dishes.

Each standard package of the multi-functional Ankarsrum Assistent Original robot includes accessories that make it easy for the user to cook and prepare food and provide invaluable help in baking everything from cakes to bread. This is the latest model of the classic Ankarsrum assistant with several new smart features and improvements.

The basic equipment is a 7-liter stainless steel bowl, in which you can process 1,5 liters of liquid dough or 5 kg of rigid dough. Even with such a large volume, the robot can handle it without any problems, making it an ideal assistant for preparing various mixtures and cakes. Robot also has engine feedback, i.e. The device itself can adjust its speed depending on the load. With a dough kneader and spatula, this bowl is perfect for mixing a variety of blends and lighter cakes. If you choose a kneading hook, you can easily prepare stiffer cakes.

The 3,5L double whisk is ideal for processing light mixtures, butter and other creams, icing or whipping egg whites (you can whip up to 18 egg whites). It is made of Tritan (BPA-free) and includes multi balloon whisks and simple single whisks.
