TRANSCEND 128GB mSATA is an internal SSD storage medium designed for compact systems and laptops using the mSATA slot. With SATA III (6 Gbit/s) interface and NAND memory, MLC offers fast sequential reads up to 530 MB/s and sequential writes up to 200 MB/s, resulting in smooth system boot times and faster application load times.
The design based on DDR3 DRAM Cache and advanced data management mechanisms (NCQ, TRIM, Advanced Garbage Collection) provides high performance for random operations – up to 70 000 IOPS (4KB read) and 50 000 IOPS (4KB write). DevSleep power saving mode and S.M.A.R.T. support enable efficient disk health monitoring and reduced power consumption during idle operation.
The carrier is also characterized by reliability parameters useful in mobile applications: MTBF at the level of 2 000 000 hours and TBW coefficient of 360. It operates at a voltage of 3.3 V, in the operating temperature range of 0 to 70 °C and weighs about 8 g.
