Reolink E331 5MP – smart home surveillance camera

Reolink E331 is a compact, rotating Wi-Fi camera designed for interior monitoring. It captures images in 5 MP (2880 × 1616) resolution and offers 355° horizontal and 50° vertical rotation, allowing you to observe a large part of the room.

The camera also offers automatic tracking, intelligent detection of people and pets, and cry detection. Two-way audio and remote access make the E331 a convenient solution for observing your home, children or pets.

▶ Clear 5 MP image

The camera captures images at a maximum resolution of 2880 × 1616 (5 MP), providing a detailed view of the monitored room.

The E331 can capture images at speeds up to 25 fps. /s, with the manufacturer reporting 15 fps. /s as the default setting.

▶ Rotating head – larger area under control

The E331 is not limited to one stationary frame. The camera can rotate 355° horizontally and 50° vertically, allowing you to change the direction of observation and control most of the room.

The 4 mm F1.6 lens provides a 87,5° horizontal and 45,4° vertical field of view.

▶ Automatic tracking – camera follows movement

One of the most important features of the E331 is automatic tracking. When a moving person or pet is detected, the camera can follow the object, helping to keep it in the observed area.

Combined with the rotating design, this allows you to more effectively control what is happening in the room.

▶ Intelligent detection of people, animals and crying

Reolink E331 can recognize persons and pets, which allows you to better determine what caused motion detection.

An additional distinguishing feature of this model is cry detection. This feature extends the capabilities of the camera when monitoring home rooms.

▶ Monitoring also after dark

After dark, the camera uses 8 IR 850 nm infrared LEDs, providing night vision at a distance of up to 12 meters.

The minimum illumination is 0 Lux with infrared on, so the camera can observe the room also in the dark.

▶ Two-way conversation

Built-in microphone and speaker allow two-way conversation.

So you can not only hear what is happening near the camera, but also convey the message to the person in the monitored room.

▶ Preview from your phone or computer

With the Reolink application and software, you can access the camera from devices running Android, iOS, Windows and macOS.

The E331 also supports Google voice control, allowing you to integrate it into a compatible smart home environment.

▶ 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi

Reolink E331 supports two-band 2,4 GHz Wi-Fi and 5 GHz IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n.

The camera does not have an Ethernet network socket, so communication with the network is carried out wirelessly. It requires a constant power supply of 5 V DC / 1 A via USB-C.

▶ Recordings on a card, DVR or Home Hub

The camera has a slot for microSD card with a capacity of up to 512 GB. On the card, it can save material when motion is detected, on a schedule or in continuous mode 24/7.

E331 also works with Reolink and Home Hub recorders. The manufacturer also provides for the possibility of using paid cloud storage.
