Does the new original baby stroller made in the European Union have to be expensive and ruin your home budget? The answer is no. EN 1888:2012

EN 1888:2012 is valid in the European Union and applies to strollers for children. It determines how the test methods are to be carried out, organizes the issues of acceptable dimensions and weights. on Polish territory PN-EN 1888:2012 is valid, which is the Polish equivalent of EN 1888:2012. Riko takes the safety of its products very seriously, which are manufactured in accordance with all stringent requirements. RIKO is a Polish company having its own machine park, where the durability of products is tested. RIKO also cooperates with accredited research institutions both from Poland and abroad.

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100

The products of RIKO are also a rigorous approach to the safety of textile products. Each of the trolleys has fabrics that have been manufactured in the European Union, and their manufacturer has the current OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certificate. The latter means that all materials used to make the trolley - threads, dyes and the like - do not contain substances harmful to the health of consumers. The criteria to be met by the certificate are set by Österreichische Textil-Forschungsinstitut (ÖTI) and Forschungsinstitut Hohenstein. Importantly, the requirements that the products meet are different depending on their purpose. This means that e.g. products intended for children undergo much more rigorous testing than other fabrics.

The RIKO BASIC stroller from the 2023 collection is lighter than its predecessors by just over a kilogram thanks to the use of light tubeless wheels with flexible and abrasion-resistant polyurethane tires.

All-year tread will provide good grip on various surfaces. Wheels are large, so they can easily cope with inequalities.

The new suspension system provides better cushioning and is more aesthetically pleasing. The cushioned are all wheel, and the rear shock absorbers have an additional hardness adjustment.

This feature is extremely practical for 2-in-1 strollers. Set shock absorber to soft mode when using the gondola, and harder mode when your child moves to the walking seat.

The RIKO BASIC 2023 stroller also has a new adapter that will make connecting the gondola and seat easier and safer.

RIKO BASIC is a multi-functional trolley, so the set includes a walking seat (walk) and a gondola. This is called the 2in1 trolley.

The BASIC trolley gondola has cotton padding and mattress. The regulation support system allows you to lift the back and head of the child, for example, when we slide the stroller down a hill.
