This is a modern wheel on a gel foam tire.
The wheel hub has two bearings.
Axle diameter on which we mount the rear wheel (larger) = 10mm (1cm)
Axle diameter on which the front wheel is mounted, swivel (smaller) = 8mm (0,8cm)
