What is Gua Sha?

Gua Sha is a special form of traditional Chinese therapeutic massage, consisting in scraping the skin with hard plates or horns until redness or bruising is caused on it. Gua Sha massage allows you to dilate blood vessels, eliminate clots, relax muscles, reduce or eliminate swelling and warm up the body and stimulate the immune system.

When is Gua Sha used?

Jade plaque is used in Gua Sha massage treatments to stimulate circulation, unblock stagnation and cleanse the body of toxins. Gua Sha therapy is used to combat overweight and obesity, addictions, migraine headaches and dizziness, and in states of chronic fatigue.

How to use the Gua Sha device?
