Properties and advantagesMobil 1 ESP 5W-30 is manufactured with proprietary components of the highest quality selected to provide unparalleled effective cleaning and wear protection and full compatibility with diesel particulate filters (DPF) and catalysts in gasoline engines (CAT).

ApplicationsMobil 1 ESP 5W-30 has recommendations for a wide range of passenger cars, SUVs and light vans. It is designed for modern, high-efficiency gasoline, diesel and hybrid cars from Porsche, BMW, Volkswagen, Opel and Mercedes-Benz, as well as for Japanese and Korean vehicles that require oil with SAE viscosity class 5W-30 and any specification for which this oil is suitable, allowing you to extend the intervals between oil changes where the manufacturer recommends it.

• Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 is a low ash engine oil (SAPS honey) that contributes to the protection of exhaust aftertreatment systems designed to reduce emissions. It fully meets or exceeds the requirements of the ACEA C3 industry standard and is suitable for the operation and protection of engines and exhaust aftertreatment systems in vehicles requiring ACEA C2 compliance. It only provides the fuel saving potential required by the C3 classification, not the C2 classification.

• Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 meets or exceeds the requirements of the industry standard API SP, thus contributing to the solution of the problem of premature ignition at low engine speeds (LSP) and is therefore the preferred oil for modern smaller gasoline engines with direct injection and turbocharging.

• Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 is particularly useful for use in extreme conditions where conventional engine oil often fails.

• Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 oil is not recommended for two-stroke engines or aircraft engines unless approved by the engine manufacturer.
