Whey protein is wholesome, i.e. it contains all essential amino acids that the body is not able to synthesize on its own. They are necessary to build muscle. The lack of any of the essential amino acids will weaken the process of muscle tissue synthesis.
Posology
Dissolve a single portion of the preparation – 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk (but better with water), using a shaker. Depending on the demand, 2 to 3 servings per day should be used.
On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime.
On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime.
