The device is designed primarily for hot water circuits, and in particular for the protection of heating boilers, water tanks and flow heaters. Annually in our hot water installations, 6 to 12 mm of boiler stone is deposited.

IPS reliably works when used before heat exchangers, both in heating and cooling systems (e.g. air conditioning).

IPS KаlухX (lon Polarization System) is designed for physical and electroplating water treatment in households, public facilities and industrial plants.

By the persistence of water we mean the amount of calcium and magnesium contained in water.

IPS KalyxX is not a water softener - it does not add or subtract anything from the water composition. It retains all the health benefits of water and improves physical properties.

Effectively prevents the formation of boiler stone deposits and corrosion in cold and hot water circuits, boilers, heating boilers, water tanks, heaters of other devices.

IPS KalyxX can be used for new water circuits as protection and for old ones, from which the residual stone will be removed over time.

Electrodes (not magnets) are installed in the tube, shaped in a way that forces the swirling, turbulent flow of water. The electrodes are made of two materials with different electrical conductivity.

The design of the electrodes, protected by a patent (ТGР® - Turbulent Galvanic Polarization), as a result of the imposition of water swirling flow, changes the structure of the minerals contained in it.

The water flowing through the IPS creates a wet galvanic cell with a voltage of up to 4,2 - 6 V using electrodes. As a result, minerals and salts contained in the water lose their ability to form crystalline deposits (calcites), acquiring structures of soft particles (aragonite) and are washed out with water. This structure is maintained for up to 72 hours.

WARNING When installing an IPS, it is necessary to arrange the device according to the direction of water flow (FLOW DIRECTION), which is marked with arrows on the IPS body.

Compliance with this condition affects the proper functioning and performance of the device.

In systems where KalyxX IPS is installed, built-in ion converters, electromagnetic systems or devices using external voltage must not be used.

IPS devices are classified for 1МРа (10 bar). Pressure losses are negligible.

RECOMMENDATION before the IPS device, we recommend installing a mechanical filter with a cartridge protecting against particles of at least 50 microns.

IPS Kalyxx - it's a real money saver!

The smaller stone in the devices extends their service life. Prevents corrosion of pipes, pipes. Less water consumption, less detergents, descalers, chemicals.

WARNING The presence of soft powder in the kettle does not mean that the KalyxX IPS does not work. It is a transformed aragonite that you can easily remove with your finger or cloth. The device works effectively in water with a conductivity of 50 - 2000 μS / cm2. It is a normal water with a hardness of 8 - 30 ° dH (German degrees). IPS KalyxX meets all safety criteria for contact with drinking water and has an international IAPMO certificate confirming 76% effectiveness of stone sludge reduction
