UP FLOW regeneration technology and DFLR flow distribution system (Deflector)

As the only company on Allegro, we offer softeners equipped with the DFLR (Deflector) system – a solution used primarily in professional premium devices. This technology ensures even distribution of water flow during regeneration, increasing the efficiency of the entire process, improving the stability of the device and extending the life of the ion exchange bed.

HYDRO PREMIUM series softeners use a modern countercurrent regeneration system UP FLOW, in which the brine solution flows from the bottom of the bed upwards. This solution allows for more efficient use of the working surface of the ion exchange resin, ensures more accurate regeneration of the entire deposit and reduces salt and water consumption.

During the regeneration process, the DFLR (Deflector) system is responsible for optimal and even distribution of flow inside the column. Reduces the risk of flow channels (so-called. channeling), thanks to which the entire volume of resin is involved in regeneration. The result is more effective renewal of the deposit, more stable operation of the device and maintaining high efficiency throughout its service life.

5. BY-PASS AND DOUBLE FLOOD PROTECTION SYSTEM: Systems as standard are offered with the BY-PASS valve, which can be used to carry out maintenance work without blocking the supply of raw water to the installation. The valve is available in a set with 1” GZ BSP angle connections. Angle connection greatly facilitates the connection of the system to the installation, while minimizing the need to modify the water system.

The HYDRO PREMIUM series water softeners are available for sale with double anti-flood protection, consisting of a shut-off valve and an overflow knee installed in a compact housing.

6. ALT ALERT FUNCTION, SALT CONTROL IN THE BRINE TANK: The water softeners of the "HYDRO PREMIUM" series are equipped with a salt alarm. The intelligent controller counts down the salt loss after each regeneration. At the right time, the device displays an appropriate message informing the end user about the need to check the salt level in the tank.

7. SIMPLY START FUNCTION and AUX FUNCTION: Using the AUX function, it is possible to connect external devices such as a metering pump to HYDRO PREMIUM softeners.
