Contact with active zinc eliminates Gram+ and Gram- bacteria (m.in. salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and e-coli).
Zinc inhibits the formation of biofilm inside the body. It protects against the development of bacterial flora and eliminates the risk of microbiological corrosion, which weakens the structural integrity of the body and may cause damage. Thus, it significantly extends the life of the product.
For more effective protection, we recommend using the PS PROTECT or GAC NS cartridge (the cartridge is available in our store).
The body can be used as a single filter directly on the pipe or as a filter system in a serial system. The body head is equipped with a vent for easy replacement of cartridges. The filter should be mounted behind the water supply shut-off valve
and pressure reducer.
Note: Do not use in microbiologically contaminated water. The haze of the lampshade results from the antibacterial technology used.
