IMPORTANT OPERATION / INSTALLATION TIPS UV lamps

Read it to avoid damaging the filament!

• When installing, avoid touching the filament glass with your fingers (this can cause it to burn out quickly).
• Before installation, clean the filament and menzurka, preferably using an alcohol wipe. If this action is abandoned, the filament can burn out much faster.
• Do not turn on the filament when it is outside the reaction chamber. He's threatening eye damage. In order to check the filament operation, you can use diode signaling on the transformer or check gently whether a bluish color light comes out through the holes (without looking directly at them).
• Before the UV sterilizer, it is recommended to use any mechanical filter to prevent particulate matter from entering the chamber.

Why use UV rays for water disinfection - UV lamp 25 W by NORDIC TEC

Disinfection of water with UV rays is more effective and avoids the need to use chemicals for its treatment. Ultraviolet lamps do not change the composition of water, leaving no traces of smell or taste. Water becomes crystal clear and bacteria, fungi and especially algae are eliminated.
