⭐ 3 PIECE WATER FILTER HAS CARTRIDGES RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF DRINKING WATER:

1 PRE-FILTRATION

The first stage of water treatment is mechanical filtration. Its task is to stop precipitated particles:

• sediments,
• sand,
• rust,
• mud.

For this purpose, a polypropylene cartridge is used. The foam cartridge operating on the principle of sedimentation protects subsequent cartridges and thus the installation against unwanted deposits from both tap water and water from its own well.

☑ Standard cartridge with an accuracy of 50 micron. We also allow you to purchase a cartridge with a micronage: 1,5, 10 or 20 (for this purpose, please message us).

☑ Lifespan: The sedimentary foam cartridge should be replaced every 3-6 months depending on the quality of the input water.

2 CARBON FILTRATION

Active carbon is one of the most commonly used deposits in water treatment. It works great as part of a water treatment station from its own intake and water from the network.

We propose the use of active carbon cartridge in the form of a sintered block. It is the most frequently chosen and effective cartridge, having the PZH certificate allowing contact with food water.

Carbon allows you to improve the taste and aroma parameters of water, increase the pH of water and stops:

• Approx. 99% free chlorine and chlorinated substances,
• heavy metals (e.g. lead, mercury),
• hydrocarbons and their derivatives,
• volatile organic compounds,
• pesticides,
• mechanical impurities within 5-20 micron.

☑ Lifespan: The activated carbon cartridge should be replaced every 3-6 months depending on the water composition and chlorine concentration (in the case of tap water).

3 SOFTENING OF WATER

The last stage of water filtration is the insert with ion exchange resin responsible for catching ions causing water hardness, i.e. calcium and magnesium. The use of a cartridge for water softening provides soft water without sediment.

We offer an efficient contribution tested by PZH with certificates of European commissions, safe for use in drinking water.

The GreenFilter softening cartridge has a small diameter resin - all grains of similar dimensions, which promotes even water flow and increased efficiency. Water Softener eliminates:

• sediments in installation,
• leaks in the shower cabin,
• stone in a kettle, coffee maker, washing machine or dishwasher.

☑ Lifespan: The performance of the softener cartridge depends on the hardness and water consumption. The cartridge should be replaced on average once every 2-4 months.

If in doubt, we will help you calculate the performance and service life of the softening resin.

After each replacement of the filter cartridges, the bodies should be flushed.

In the event of a longer interruption in the use of the system, the cartridges should be additionally replaced with new ones.

Strong detergents should not be used to wash the bodies.

Pressure meters, often called manometers, are a key element in 3-stage filters.

The set is distinguished by the presence of as many as two OTTONE pressure gauges: at the entrance and exit of water.

Their presence provides a number of benefits, the most important of which is accurate monitoring of filter performance, pressure reading and informing about the necessity of cartridge replacement.
